Picture change -- change existing pictures (replace/resize/position), does not include customizing or touching up (sharpening, color blending, adding text, borders, etc) any picture.

Simple adding of a page -- adding a new page with text only (excluding masthead, logos, pictures, navigation bars/buttons.)

Advanced adding of a page -- adding a page that includes page masthead, logos, pictures, navigation bar/buttons, links, etc. (excludes submission forms, hit counters, etc.)

Structural changes -- moving or changing navigation bars or basic format of the page including backgrounds, mastheads, font styles, etc. which will affect all pages in the site. Custom work falls into this same category of restructuring the site appearance.

Custom software work includes any java scripting, java applets,  [or cgi modification usually,  but not limited to a Unix site.]
